I came here to appear in a performance.
I was really happy to be able to celebrate AKB48’s 20th anniversary together and to meet again on the Budokan stage with my colleagues who started my dream together. It was a time when my heart was touched along with my longing for it.
Even though it was a sudden appearance, the members, staff, and fans welcomed me so warmly…
It was a day where I once again realized deeply how much I am supported by the love of so many people.
The fact that I have a daily life where I can pursue my dreams and continue to take on challenges, and that I exist where I am today are all possible because of AKB48.
AKB48 is my roots and my youth itself.
I will never forget my gratitude and will work hard at every moment so as not to be embarrassed as an AKB48 graduate!
Congratulations once again on your 20th anniversary
I’m looking forward to the members’ activities in the future as well.
(I received a rolling paper album as a gift from the members.
It looked like it was carefully made using leftover fabric from making a graduation dress.
