Why I wear wired earphones when I go hiking

When I went hiking in the past, I charged my earphones at the top and put them in the case to wear when going down.

I was putting it in my case bag and dropped it, and both of the protruding AirPods fell from the top of the mountain and onto a cliff. And the only keepsake I had was that case haha.

Since the AirPods were only 3 months old, I remember them freezing in front of a cliff for 10 seconds.
