This is because SH disclosed the criteria for classifying applicants, such as the disabled, homeless, and mentally ill, along with personal information.

Sensitive information of 110 people, including Mr. A, a homeless person, and Mr. B, a mentally ill person, was exposed to hundreds of people along with their names and dates of birth.

SH apologized for the incomprehensible accident, saying it was a simple mistake on the part of the person in charge.

The explanation is that it was not anonymized and that the action was taken immediately after the complaint was filed, but on the same day, the city of Seoul issued a self-praising press release saying that the support housing project had greatly contributed to improving the quality of life of the underprivileged.
