This case was about medical practice from about 9 years ago, and it was necessary for the person involved to visit the hospital in person and obtain records. Due to this, we ask for your understanding in having to deliver an additional official statement following the first official statement.
We provide the following objective evidence regarding Jeon Hyun-moo’s medical practice.
1. Copy of 2016 medical record
This certifies that you received formal treatment at the hospital on January 14, 2016, and January 26, 2016.
The medical record accurately records all basic information related to treatment, including treatment date and time, patient name, illness, symptom description, and hospital name.
2. A copy of the hospital’s income statistics
Through the medical institution’s official income amount and medical fee payment details according to the above treatment date, it is confirmed that the treatment was a cost of official treatment.
3. How to dispose of medical supplies
After receiving intravenous fluids on January 20, 2016, I returned the stored medical waste when I revisited the hospital on January 26, as instructed by the medical staff in advance.
The treatment focused on antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, and gastrointestinal medications according to the diagnosis of pharyngitis, laryngitis, and gastroesophageal reflux, and intravenous fluids were used as part of medical treatment to assist treatment. Through the above materials, we would like to inform you that Mr. Jeon Hyun-moo’s medical treatment at the time was an extension of the legitimate medical treatment performed at a medical institution under the judgment of the medical staff.
