
The Reward, Punishment, Coordination and Ethics Committee (hereinafter, the ‘Rewards and Punishment Committee’), a special organization of the Korea Entertainment Management Association (hereinafter referred to as ‘Korea Entertainment Association’), announced on the 17th that, in relation to the recently controversial Park Na-rae incident, “”We will deal firmly with the problems revealed by this incident.”
“We have determined that Park Na-rae’s actions are a serious act that disrupts the good morals and order of the popular culture and arts industry and impedes the development of the industry, and we express deep concern and regret for causing confusion and major repercussions throughout the entertainment industry,” the association said.
First, they said they would urge a thorough investigation regarding suspicions such as Park Na-rae’s failure to register as a pop culture and arts planning business and failure to subscribe to the four major insurance policies for her manager.
