When the victim cried, he bit her cheek severely, saying she was noisy. The defendant strangled the victim, knocked her out, sexually assaulted her, and damaged the victim’s genitals and anus with a rubber inhaler for fear of being discovered. The victim suffered serious injuries, including a cervical hernia and damaged anal muscles, and was thrown into the toilet and left under running tap water for more than four hours.
