So I just said

1. Don’t drag on the conversation and answer in short.

2. Increase the reply interval by at least 5 to 10 minutes. Hint that your priority is not in the conversation.

3. Reply in a way that doesn’t send notifications. If it’s KakaoTalk, just add a ‘ttabong’ emoji and act as if I replied but you saw it late.

4. Just be responsive and don’t pretend to be on your phone a lot when you’re together.
