49-minute run to develop basic physical strength after work

I was thinking of going out for dinner as soon as I got home from work,

Go out right away and go to Garmin’s recommended 635 pace.

I clicked accept and ran for 49 minutes.

Today I went down a road I had never taken before for the first time.

I always drive to the left on the riverside road.

I ran to the other side.

I had a lot of fun running because it was a new road.

At the end, the road was a bit dark and scary.

I’m back to the way I used to go.

I ran lightly, probably because I was hungry.

I came home and had avocado salad and nougat crackers.

It was simple but delicious.

Fortunately, it hasn’t been that cold so far this month and I’ve been able to run in Taipei.

Mileage is cruising haha
