In Korea, what is considered a unique food culture that is unique compared to other countries is the number of basic vegetable dishes that number more than a dozen.

It’s very diverse. Of course, just because other countries don’t have vegetables, it doesn’t mean they don’t have vegetable dishes.

However, since there are not that many different types of vegetables, it is considered that there is not a lot of diversity in the number or type of dishes that are used or served with vegetables.

However, on the Korean Peninsula, there has been a long history of cooking using wild greens collected from the mountains, and there is even bibimbap using wild greens collected from the mountains. Various vegetable cooking methods have been developed over a long history.

In foreign countries, it is treated as a poisonous herb like bracken or herb and is not treated as a food ingredient, and in some cases it is treated as a common weed and is not eaten, and like shepherd’s purse, it does not grow naturally in Southeast Asia, where the hot and humid climate is maintained evenly throughout the year. For various reasons, the recipes for vegetable dishes are not as diverse as in Korea.

So, one of the reasons why Korean food is considered a healthy food in foreign countries is the development of various recipes using a wide variety of vegetables that are classified as vegetables.
