Netflix wins bid to acquire Warner Bros.

Paramount, Comcast, Netflix, etc. participated in the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.

Netflix, which ultimately agreed to acquire the company for $30 per share, became the final negotiating party for the contract.
