
This is Jeongseon, Gangwon-do.
It looks very irritating, but I was surprised at how comfortable my stomach felt after eating it.
The meat broth base contains things like gongi, and of course, it is immediately stir-fried jjamppong.
The noodles themselves were thin and very delicious.
At least it was the best jjambbong I’ve had this year, and I definitely plan to go there next time I go to Jeongseon again.
They make their own fried dumplings, and they were some of the best fried dumplings I’ve ever had, so be sure to eat them together.
