Joseon’s royal croissant moyakgwa
I made this because it was a simpler recipe than I thought, and I started making royal dishes with this as a starting point.
It’s steamed crab, but the one the king eats is of a different class.
Mujeonggwa, a royal jelly from the Joseon Dynasty made only with murang sugar.
A bottle of bubble tea from the Joseon Dynasty made from glutinous rice and consumed by the king.
Jelly potato cake made with potatoes and sugar
Bongchongjjim, a royal dish made with pheasant, said to have been eaten by Admiral Yi Sun-sin
It is said that the king ate castella during the Joseon Dynasty. It is said that bread like this existed during the Joseon Dynasty.
The noodles are made only from the meat that the kings of the Joseon Dynasty ate. All the noodles you see are minced beef.
Yulan and Joran, snacks made from chestnuts and jujubes
Among the royal cuisine, fish dumplings are made with dumpling skin and stuffed with the most disgusting fish.
Fish cake and fish roe stew from the Joseon Dynasty, said to have been eaten by kings.
Dongchimi-style kimchi and pomegranate kimchi from the royal palace.
It doesn’t contain pomegranate, but it looks like a pomegranate bursting inside a cut radish, so it’s called pomegranate kimchi.
Raw bok dumpling soup made with abalone and dumpling skin, said to be only served at Crown Prince Sado’s banquet table.
The ones you see over there are abalone, and it’s a dish where about 1/3 of the cut is cut and stuffed inside.
This is also kimchi ㄷㄷ;; Kimchi and abalone jimchae from the Joseon Dynasty made with abalone. Like the abalone dumpling above, this is also made by cutting the whole body into 1/3 and putting citron and pear inside it to make it like dongchimi.

The funny thing about this YouTube channel was that it was a YouTube channel that provided cooking education content to help my older sister get married.
Suddenly, it started with royal cuisine and changed to content about fattening up my older sister.
These days, it’s crazy to make things like glutinous rice powder or acorn powder by grinding them yourself, and even catch pheasant to make it yourself haha.
