This figure corresponds to 3.21% of the total number of soldiers (including existing baptized soldiers). In 2020, 29,080 people (3.84%) were baptized, and in 2019, 122,625 people (20.43%) were baptized.

In 1999, when the military missionary movement ‘Vision 2020 Implementation Movement Headquarters’ was established, the number of baptized soldiers reached 216,080. The number of baptized soldiers continued to fluctuate until 2011, but after 2011, it showed a continuous downward trend, reaching the current level.
