Article 138 (Insults in the court or National Assembly chamber) Any person who insults or causes a disturbance in a court or the National Assembly chamber or in the vicinity for the purpose of interfering with or threatening a court trial or the deliberation of the National Assembly shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding 7 million won.
