I went to the hospital after a car accident.

I got into a car accident on the way to work this morning.

The location was the Villachon intersection, and it was just an ordinary Villachon intersection with no lanes, traffic lights, or crosswalks.

Like in the picture, the other Santa Fe came in and I was passing by and I almost thought I had escaped.

I hit my rear wheel and right leg. The car seemed to stop slightly, but didn’t slow down.

I stumbled about 3 meters and fell, and the driver got out of the car and checked my condition.

Then he said that it seemed okay, that it wasn’t his fault, why did he force me to come in, etc.

So I felt bad and told him to just call the police.

Afterwards, the police went through the formalities, came to the driver’s insurance company, gave them the insurance number, and went to the hospital.

I went to a local orthopedic clinic, but the hospital said there was no breakage, but they said they would wait two weeks for outpatient treatment and see how it progressed.

He looked at the doctor in a dazed manner.

So, I quit the medical certificate for two weeks, received physical therapy, and received injections.

First of all, my back, neck, ankle, and right arm fell and received a shock, and my neck and lower back are especially stiff and have some pain.

There are abrasions on the knees and shins.

I’m surprised right now, but the pain isn’t that bad, but my neck and back are a bit uncomfortable.

And while I was receiving treatment, I called the police and they said the driver of the car was missing.

I asked right after the accident if there was a black box and they said there was.

When the police came, they suddenly said that I couldn’t watch it right away because it was old and I had to watch it on the computer.

Now I heard from the police and they say there is no blackmail.

The police said there was CCTV so we could check it.

The old man is so annoying.

Anyway, here is the question.

If you have received outpatient orthopedic treatment for 2 weeks, do you want to get an MRI or something like that?

Can I go to the radiology department and take pictures using the other party’s insurance number?

Or should I take the photo at my own expense and then file a claim with the other party’s insurance company?

If my fault is 3 and the other party’s 7, can I not file a claim?

And what about Jaseng Oriental Medicine Hospital?

Everyone around me says that it is advantageous to be hospitalized when reaching an agreement.

The old man really doesn’t care about the person who fell and he’s trying to say it’s his fault, but he’s so upset that it makes me angry.

I have no place to ask so I’m asking here.
