On this day, the People Power Party held a condemnation rally in front of a building owned by lawyer Nam Wook in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, calling for the return of 780 billion won per day from Daejang-dong to the national treasury. Attending the condemnation rally on this day were only Representative Jang Dong-hyuk, outsiders Kim Min-soo and Supreme Council member Yang Hyang-ja, as well as lawmakers Kwon Young-jin, Na Kyung-won, Park Seong-hoon, Park Jeong-hoon, Park Jun-tae, Bae Hyun-jin, Seo Cheon-ho, Seo Myeong-ok, Yoon Jae-ok, Lee Jong-wook, Jeong Hee-yong, Jeong Jeom-sik, Cho Bae-sook and Cho Seong-hwan. Only 30 to 50 people attended the condemnation rally in front of the President’s Office and the Ministry of Justice in Yongsan on the 17th and 18th, respectively, but on the third day, the attendance rate dropped even further.
