‘Hoodok porridge’

I started using a wok at the age of 19 (1968) and have over 50 years of cooking experience.

Worked at Shilla Hotel for 42 years. He is the first person in the domestic hotel industry to be promoted from chef to executive director.

He is currently working as the executive chef of ‘Hobin’ after leaving Shilla Hotel. He’s in his mid-70s but still active.
