In the United States (especially the West), when you think of an apartment,

It’s roughly like this image. In Korea, it is a townhouse concept and most are rented on a monthly basis.

It’s a multi-family house, but it’s called a condo for sale, but it really looks like a Korean apartment.

Luxury things are incredibly expensive.
