Chairman Kim criticized, “Forcing prescriptions by ingredient name means breaking the principle of division of labor in medicine,” and “Allowing oriental medicine doctors to use X-rays is a medical malpractice law that undermines the fundamentals of the licensing system, and the reform of the compensation system for sample testing is also a reformation.”

The Ministry of Health and Welfare plans to reform the sample testing compensation system to improve excessive discount practices.
