
Even over the last 10 years, rents have fluctuated little. It didn’t go up as much as the price increase, but there was just no change.
If you look at it over 5 years, it actually goes down.
The price was 100 during the Corona pandemic in 21, when it was out of business, so they rented it out, lowered it, lowered it, and everything went bankrupt.
It’s 99 now. Apart from office buildings, rents for small and medium-sized stores are continuing to fall.
Occasionally, news comes out about a sudden surge in rental prices in a commercial area, but that’s really an area that’s rising rapidly. Even those places have now gone bankrupt and plummeted.
The rental business itself is a red ocean that doesn’t even earn as much as bank interest.
