Yannick Sinner won the ATP Tour Finals for the second consecutive year after defeating Carlos Alcaraz 7-6(4), 7-5 in the final.
It was the sixth time the two players had met in the final this year, but it was also the Italian’s second victory along with his Wimbledon title.
Alcaraz had a set point opportunity in the first set, but failed to convert.
He then broke Sinner’s serve to open the second set, but was unable to take the lead.
Despite Sinner’s win, the season ends with Alcaraz ranked No. 1 in the world.
