Now it feels more like everyday life than exercise.

Personally, an impressive experience was in places like Southeast Asia.
For example, like Benjakitti in Thailand.
If you go to the park in the most expensive area in Thailand (Sukhumvit Line, right below Asoke Station)
A lot of Thai upper class people come here to run.
There were quite a few young people from Korea and Japan, and there were especially a lot of Westerners.
The most surprising thing was driving expensive cars early in the morning and running.
I was a bit surprised because there were so many Thai people.
Even if you go to Bangkok’s most famous Lumpini Park, it’s better than running.
Gymnastics, Chinese martial arts gymnastics
The atmosphere was definitely different when I went to the park, which is called the Gangnam of Thailand.
Even if you are middle class in developed countries or upper class in developing countries, self-management is essential.
I think many people choose running because it is the most accessible and cost-effective exercise.
In Korea, it feels more like a part of everyday life rather than a trend.
I think running is a truly fraudulent hobby.
