Yesterday during the day, I did something stupid because of the Kiturami carbon mat.

When I went there last winter, the carbon mat broke and I had to pay for a repair.

I’m planning to start it this winter, but the mat broke down as soon as I turned it on due to the same symptom.

Kiturami Customer Center only said that repair fees would have to be incurred because the free warranty period had expired.

There was a paid repair history 7 months ago, and only about half a year later, it broke down again with the same symptoms.

You can report this to the customer service center and if it still doesn’t work, you can report it to the Consumer Agency.

It’s not that 100,000 won was a waste, but I really didn’t like his attitude when I spoke on the phone yesterday.
