At first, two bicycles were unable to use one parking space.
Now, it has taken up two spaces with a no parking sign, preventing other people from parking.
Originally, it was a neighborhood with one-way streets and apartments and houses densely packed, so there weren’t many parking spots, and residents would report if you didn’t park in the parking lines, so it was difficult to park illegally, but the public parking lines were blocked for personal gain.
