Hive Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, who is suspected of engaging in ‘fraudulent trading’ during the initial public offering (IPO), returned home after being investigated for approximately 13 hours on the 5th.

Chairman Bang, who attended the Financial Crimes Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in Mapo-gu at 10 am on this day, finished the investigation at 11:15 pm and came out of the building with a stern face.

He got into the vehicle with his bodyguard without answering questions such as “What kind of explanation did you provide?”, “Do you admit to defrauding investors?”, and “”Has a schedule for further investigation been set?””

Today’s investigation is the third following two public summons in September.

After analyzing the investigation up to this day, the police are expected to consider whether it is necessary to apply for an arrest warrant for Chairman Bang.
