Review of Samyang 1963 Uji Ramen new product

Yesterday, I wanted to eat some Dandan Chicken, so I went to Homeplus and saw it on display, so I made a purchase without knowing anything.

Homeple PB products were also written in red on white, so I thought they were PB products at first.

The price is 6,150 won for 4 pieces.

In the original news article, Nov. 3

The individual bags look like this. No different from bundle wrapping paper.

Inside, like this

1 cotton

1 liquid soup

Post-addition powder + 1 flake

It consists of:

The noodles were a little broken, so I tried eating them raw, but for some reason, they were very crunchy and had a savory flavor that made them perfect for eating as raw ramen.

The recipe is ordinary premium ramen.

This is what it looks like after turning off the heat and before adding the soup and mixing it in.

Most of the flakes were green onions.

The finished look looks like this.

For a premium ramen, it feels a bit lacking in ingredients.

First of all, the savory taste of the noodles when eaten raw is almost gone and they are just Samyang Ramen noodles.

However, the soup came out very well, and the rich taste of gomtang and the sharp spicy flavor went well together.

But isn’t this a combination you’ve seen a lot somewhere?

yes. To me, this tasted like a soup somewhere between Shin Ramyun Black and Shin Ramyun Red.

Still, I was satisfied because I could taste the rich taste of gomtang or meat soup.

And, being similar to Shin Ramyun means that it doesn’t have the ham taste of Samyang Ramyun.

If there is anyone who wanted the unique ham flavor of Samyang Ramen, unfortunately, it does not have that flavor at all.

Anyway, I enjoyed it very much.

I still don’t know if I’ll live again. I’ll eat it all first and think about it.

If you are curious, you may be able to get it if you go to Homeplus on the weekend.

I also got it at Homeplus.

Well then, have a nice weekend!
