Controversy over “excessive arrest” by the police on the floor of a suspect in his 60s.

Someone was dispatched after receiving a report that they kicked the front door and broke the doorbell. When they arrived at the scene, A69 and reporter B were arguing in the hallway of the apartment.
When two police officers approached A with handcuffs, why would A try to handcuff him? He rebelled by pushing the police officer, saying he would follow him. Then a police officer grabbed A’s shoulder and suddenly knocked him down to the floor, bent his arm back and handcuffed him.

Mr. A tried to handcuff the police officer, saying, “Let’s go to the police station.” In the sense of not being handcuffed, he said, “I’ll follow you!” but he suddenly fell down and put it on the floor of the hallway, and when he fell with his face hit the floor, he pressed strongly from behind and burst into anger.
