The reason why I think nuclear submarine approval would have been possible even if it had not been for the current Korean or American governments.

It was reported in September of this year that Russia had already provided several nuclear submarine reactors to North Korea.

If this happens, there will be less justification for the United States to reject the logic that South Korea must also be approved to respond to North Korea’s nuclear submarines.

Regardless of the inclinations of the ROK-US administration, I believe South Korea’s approval of nuclear submarines has been achieved.

Of course, it would not have been possible without Korea’s will.
