★ Ambassador’s wife is Korean…According to the new Belgian Embassy in Korea, Ambassador Bongttang arrived in Korea with his wife Choi Ja-hyun on the 3rd.
Ambassador Bongttang, who served as ambassador to South Korea from 2012 to 2016, later served as the head of the coordination bureau at the Belgian Foreign Ministry after serving as Ambassador to South Korea.
