Once you develop a taste for kimchi, it’s sad in many ways. ㅠㅠ

I only like freshly made kimchi, and I don’t really crave it after a few days.

In fact, rather than liking fermented “”kimchi””, I like cabbage seasoned with red pepper powder.

It’s sad that this isn’t something you can easily buy.

It’s cumbersome to do it yourself, and my mother isn’t old enough to do this anymore.

Eating boiled pork with freshly made kimchi tastes heavenly, but it’s been a while since I’ve had it.
