Big Bang Rapper Top (Choi Seung -hyun) returns to a solo artist in the fourth quarter. The new release has been released for 12 years since the digital single “Dumdada” in 2013.
An industry official told Korea Herald on the 30th, “T.O.P’s regular album will be released after October.”
The person who is in charge of the music video is the art director Chae Kyung -sun of the Netflix drama ‘Squid Game’. She won the ADG Award in 2022 and 2025, and in 2022 he received the Prime Time Emmy Award.
The return signal of the tower has already been captured. In November last year, he answered “2025” in an Instagram comment on the fans’ solo activity plan, and in June, an overseas interview, which was conducted to promote “Squid Game 2”, directly mentioned the return plan this year.
He broke up with YG Entertainment in 2021 and withdrew from the Big Bang and continued without his agency. Some industry says Top is discussing exclusive contracts with Kakao Entertainment, but Kakao denied it.
