Prosecutors’ Office abolished in 78 years

The prosecutor’s office will be abolished on October 2 next year. This morning, the government’s revision of the Government Organization Act, which included the abolition of the prosecutor’s office and the separation of the government’s government, and the promulgation of the Broadcasting Media Committee’s establishment law, passed the State Council. As a result, the investigation of the prosecutor’s office will be undertaken by the Great Criminal Investigation Service and the prosecution. The bill will be promulgated on October 1, next year after a year of grace.
