A whistleblower reported that a McDonald’s store had used food ingredients such as expired bread. McDonald’s held the store’s part-timer accountable. This is a video taken in the
kitchen.
A sticker with the expiration date is attached to the outer bag of hamburger bread.
The bread expires at 5:06 a.m. the next day.
But when I took it off, there was another expiration sticker at the bottom.
It’s already 7:14 a.m. the day after 16 hours.
I just added stickers to use the expired ingredients again and again.
This is true of other defrosting materials! The sticker replacement! is confirmed.
This tortilla has an expiration date of 1:22 p.m. on July 6, but when I took off the sticker, it was made to be used only until 0 a.m. the previous day.
What was the staff talking about? Voice modulation: Tortilla, are you throwing this away? No, I need to put it on new. I don’t understand why you put the second validity sticker on. The same video has been filmed dozens of times since last year.
The public interest reporter said that while preparing the materials for the next day, he added a new sticker to the remaining materials.
Voice modulation of the public interest reporter: It is usually done at closing time or at the start of business, and I understand that there is such behavior in between when urgent. The manager of
management said that part-timers had no choice but to comply.
Voice modulation for public interest reporter: I know it’s wrong, but we’re very confused and confused because managers tell us to do it because of instructions.
McDonald has been promoting that defrosting food materials are kept thoroughly by attaching their own expiration dates with stickers.Upon receipt of the
public interest report, the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission has begun to review the relevant information.[br] [br] [br] [br] [br] [br] Really, lol]
