Why is there no place to deal with this regarding the Pohang arson incident and the 200 million won refund for donations?

I saw the news on the day of the incident, but I was watching YouTube to see if something like this happened.

I found out about it for the first time today. It was a situation where 200 million won was refunded.

Why is there only one news?
