During the election process for the chairman of the Seongnam City Council in Gyeonggi Province, a photo was taken and shared to show which candidates were not voted on.
A number of People Power Party city council members are being indicted:
The Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office, Seongnam Branch, took a photo of the paper frame on which he had voted during the 9th Seongnam City Council Chairman election in June last year.
Afterwards, members of the People’s Power Party, including Rep. Jeong Yong-hwan of Hyeonui-ro, posted a photo in a group chat room belonging to city council members of the same party.

At the time, Seongnam City Council’s voting frame residence was chaired in the second half of the year, and Rep. Lee Deok-soo of the People’s Power Party was the vice-chairman of the same party.
