Moose (moose) is the largest living deer and the second tallest animal after giraffes and elephants.
The largest subspecies, the Alaska Moose (A. a. gigas), has an average male height and weight of about 2.1 m and 600 kg.
Travelers who see them for the first time are so huge and intimidating that they feel a visual shock. If you want to feel its size, an elaborately reproduced 1:1 size replica is on display at the Yeoncheon-gun Paleolithic Museum, so it would be a good idea to experience it.
