Why foreigners don’t understand what winter looks like in Korea

Seoul, Korea is currently cold at -6 degrees Celsius.
I thought about the reason why people here in Wirinon don’t wear gloves.
It’s so cold that I put on my gloves.

However, Korean people always use hand horn sound.
Hand horn must be ready to use immediately.
So, I don’t wear gloves here and change the ones I didn’t play with.
That’s because you can’t play hand sounds if you wear gloves, so I’m changing them.
