The second time to mix rice with olive oil and soy sauce for health and food expenses

I only ate seaweed and kimchi as side dishes, and to supplement protein and fat, I ate a bowl of peanuts and a glass of orange juice (I used to drink apple juice, but switched to orange juice a few months ago) once a day.

The biggest advantage of this method is that you will not get sick of it even if you eat it this way all year long.

Also, if you eat this way, you won’t have much of an appetite, so you can avoid snacking at all.

The more people eat different foods, the more they crave them.

These days, in order to save money on kimchi and kimchi, I cut two pieces of kimchi (each piece is 4 to 5 cm long) into pieces and mix them with rice, eating one piece per serving for a month.

Of course, I don’t eat seaweed at all anymore.

By doing this, you can save a lot of money on side dishes.
