A fine of up to $50,000 (70 million won) is imposed.
Commenting on the bill, Krymlin spokesman Dmitry Pulskov said: “All that needs to be done to increase fertility is one day.”
“We have to do it,” he said, emphasizing that “everything that gets in the way of our lives (for these two days) must disappear.”
