Seoul National University’s Etta controversy over the line of “You can talk casually.”

When you say, “You can speak casually,” can I say~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~.”I’ve never cared about anything like this, and when I said, “You can talk down.” I don’t think there was anyone doing it.
