To conclude, my actual purchase price is less than 50,000 won.

4.5kg yellowtail from Japan costs 20,000 won per kilo, which is a little less than half an animal and is about 900g boneless.

I used an Onnuri gift certificate

Simple fish weight price + cleaning fee + quick fee (information will be provided when you pick up at Noryangjin).

Of course, this varies depending on the market price of fish, and as of today, Japanese yellowtail of about 4-5kg is around 30,000 won per kilo. (Middle price between wholesale and retail)

I’ve never learned how to cook and I don’t even know how to prepare fish.

Just wrap the fillet (boneless = oroshi) with thawed paper, store it in the refrigerator for a while, and slice it to eat.

I just saw the post and wanted to say that people who like raw fish eat it this way when they eat it with friends.

Yellowtail flounder, grouper, flounder, and parrotfish are all the same.
