The government seems to have devised a strategy to send the National Intelligence Service to interrogate them, ask them if they would like to defect, and then somehow get a large number of North Korean soldiers to defect and use it for political purposes, or to obtain information to deal a fatal blow to Kim Jong-un and shake up North Korea.
It seems that Ukraine is only trying to use prisoners of war as a means of rescuing its own military prisoners.
So, should the National Intelligence Service be able to obtain information, but would it be difficult to bring North Korean soldiers into the country?
Let’s see how the defection operation goes…
Even if the prisoners do not want to return, it is questionable whether they will be rejected as exchange targets for the Ukrainian military.
