Joanne Ratched, who lives in Canterbury, Australia, lost her daughter Grace Ratched (24 years old at the time of death) in Itaewon, Korea, two years ago. Grace, who majored in film and worked at a production company, suffered a tragic accident in Korea when she visited a friend. After the disaster, Joanne’s family waited for word from the Korean government. However, no one explained ‘why a large-scale fatal accident due to a stampede occurred in an alley in Korea’ or ‘how the investigation was progressing.’
