That would be over in 5 minutes. I thought.. I left the house.. After a brief awkward greeting with the hygienist, I was given a white doctor’s gown and a head covering. I had to wear a plastic hat properly, wash my hands with soap for a while, and put on sanitary gloves before I could enter the cafeteria. There were a total of 3 trucks standing in a row. First, every time I took out a bag of chicken from the meat truck, the hygienist and the delivery person They repeated the expiration date with their fingers. After checking the expiration date, they placed each item on a large scale to check the weight. Another cook standing next to them was washing each bag of chicken and tenderloin after checking the weight with water. ..A while later, a vegetable truck is inspected.. Bok choy, bean sprouts, and bananas are checked one by one for their expiration date, checked for weight, placed in a large iron basket, covered with a cover, and taken straight to the refrigerator. One fell on the floor and he immediately threw it into the dishwasher…) The last one was a truck with room temperature quail eggs, soy sauce, pancake powder, cooking oil, etc. There were 10 bags of quail eggs in a large box… they were picked off one by one and distributed. After checking the expiration date, the quail eggs, including the bag, were washed one by one, covered, and placed directly in the refrigerator. After a while, all the ingredients, including the soy sauce container, pancake powder, etc., were washed and put into the storage room. I also worked as a cook in the military for a short time. I didn’t pay attention to hygiene to this extent, but I was able to put my mind at ease thinking that the food my child eats at the school he goes to goes through this process before entering his mouth. It took a total of 35 minutes just to inspect. Inspection confirmed. I wrote this on a piece of paper: Thank you for helping me trust the food my child eats.
