Wow, I found the parking villain I had only heard about!!! Block the entrance to the apartment

I called the management office and they said I was a resident and parked here in the early morning as there was no parking space.

Since it is an apartment-type officetel, there are not many cars, so there are parking spaces on the 3rd basement floor.

(No matter how full it gets sometimes in the early morning, I haven’t seen a double-parked car in over a year)

If you really don’t like it, you should put it on the wall of the underground parking lot or double park there haha.

Is it because so many cars come out in the morning and are loud?

The management office placed a cone around the side and back of the car while it was under construction.

My wife can’t turn right right now and is waiting for a car turning left to pull away.

For reference, I didn’t leave the car even though it was 3pm.
