I am writing this because I feel unfair and frustrated.
Literally, the district office received my design plan and produced the sculpture with another company without saying anything? The sculpture is installed in Manseok Park. The content is a bit complicated, but I will summarize it. (For more information

(I wrote it here)
For your information, I do everything, including creating sculptures. (I am currently retired from the company, but the company CEO and employees delegated this work to me because I did the design.)
I really tried all kinds of methods. I called the companies involved and asked about the situation, but the companies said it was the district office’s doing and called the district office audit team, the manager in charge, and the team leader and asked for 7 million won in design fees. However, it is said that all the relevant public officials who were in charge at that time have already gone elsewhere. The evidence is solid and I have all the transcripts. As a last resort, I sent an email to the congressman. The audit team said there was nothing they could do and told us to proceed with the lawsuit, and the new manager and team leader also told us to do whatever we wanted. I waited for about three months, and after talking to the manager last week, I couldn’t communicate, so I immediately reported it to the media. The total amount spent on the Manseok Park landscape creation project is approximately 400 million won. I don’t know how things were handled inside the district office, but I’m very curious as to why my proposal was passed over without a word. The district office asked why they were criticizing them, so where should I talk about this..? Anyway, isn’t the district office at fault too? I know. It’s not the fault of the new civil servants now, it’s the fault of the civil servants in charge at the time, but didn’t they handle it too badly? Are you saying you can do whatever you want, whether you file a lawsuit or not? When it comes to design, you need to prepare not only a draft, but also a cost invoice and drawings. The draft has already been revised several times. I’ve been working here for several months, but they just changed the color and made it without telling me, and said that if a demolition order is issued, they can demolish it.. Do the demolition costs come from digging the ground? It’s all about taxes… there are so many things I don’t understand. Because I worked here too, I know how much it costs to demolish it. So, if possible, I try not to talk about demolition. And I met with lawyers regarding litigation, and they said it might be a little difficult because it is a district office and an individual. He said it would be better to just report it because it would take longer and the litigation costs would be higher. I have a lot to say and a lot of anger, but I would appreciate it if you could read the Twitter link above to see the exact situation. Everyone, please file a complaint with Suwon City Jangan-gu Office only once. help. thank you (I am attaching a comparison photo for reference. More evidence was posted on Twitter.) Everyone, please help me just once….
