In theory, it is true that a prosecutor’s job is to convict everyone he or she indicts.

However, humans make mistakes, and hidden truths may be revealed over time or by chance.

But what if everyone who prosecuted for 40 years was guilty?

If you don’t indict only cases that cannot be overturned, such as an actual crime, you will inevitably end up in a bad situation.
