I am a person who achieved 5 article qualifications and wrote an article a year ago.

Currently working in electrical equipment at a mid-sized company. Office + field work

I haven’t studied until now because I was adjusting to work.

In April of this year, I heard that the practical test for equipment maintenance technicians will be changed next year.

Anyway, it is a certification that allows you to study the basics of hydraulics and pneumatics in the field and be appointed as a senior mechanical maintenance manager.

I prepared for the written test for about a month and a half starting in March and passed.

For the work type, I went to a private academy in Cheongju and prepared for about a month and a half (I prepared the written answer alone at home).

The level of difficulty was more moderate than expected, so there were a lot of people taking the test this year.

There are only two private academies in Seoul and Cheongju.

I took a class on a weekend afternoon for 800,000 won, and the teacher was really good. He was also the person who actually served as a test site proctor, so he taught well.

I took the train from Daegu to Cheongju every weekend, and I think I spent over 1 million won on the round trip, sleeping and eating there.

Well, I’m in the equipment and electrical team, so I acquired it to study hydraulics and pneumatics, so in reality, I can’t 100% understand complex equipment just by looking at the PLC or electrical drawings.

So, it is essential to know hydraulic pressure because most equipment moves using it.

Basically, people who have worked in the electrical field or have a license can make circuits and things like this are easy.

The problem is that something always breaks down when you go to the actual site, and most of the time you end up falling because you can’t find it.

So, if you don’t go to the academy, most of you don’t know how to deal with it, so you get scolded by your parents and end up dropping out.

I’m planning on getting air conditioning or gas next year.

I don’t know if I will have time because I need to prepare for PLC and English. I need to prepare for a job change soon.

Review of acquiring 6 engineer qualifications.JPGIn January of this year, I went to the final interview for a Kia facility position to try to change jobs while working.

Because I had little experience and lack of PLC experience, I ended up being rejected during the interview.

Next time, I will gain a little more work experience.

I need to prepare ㅠㅠ
