Regenie informed the cafe staff that her bag was lost, and the staff reported it to the police. The police dispatched after receiving the report confirmed through CCTV that two women had taken Regenie’s bag.
The CCTV footage shows two Korean women sitting in the same spot where Regenie’s group was, looking around for a moment, then leaving the cafe with a bag hanging on a chair.
The CCTV video was also released on the local media Haber384 YouTube channel. The faces of these women were revealed in the video.
Police identified them as suspects, arrested them near their residence, and detained them. It is reported that a bag containing ID cards, cards, and cash was confiscated from their accommodation and returned to Regenie.
