Of all the accidents I’ve witnessed, this is the closest I’ve ever seen it.
I’m posting this because I’m curious about what the accident fault rate will be in cases like this: a motorcycle traveling backwards across the center line and overtaking the center line (what’s the right term? It’s not a U-turn…).
